For dinner yesterday we had vegetables! Some of you may think vegetables can’t make a whole meal on their own, but we proved you can! After marinading the Carrots in herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice for a few hours, and putting them on the cast iron, along with some Brussels Sprouts on another pan we fried those babies up and put them into the oven and wa la! A delicious veggie meal! Add some spicy sauce for an extra kick! Then I made a yummy Banana Bread, that turned out ooey gooey and yummy! What a great meal ensemble it turned out to be!
