See I still had some pumpkin puree left over from my recent recipe Pumpkin Casserole. I have made Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies but I wanted something new, I am always challenging myself to find a new technique with baking and this time it was making the cookie batter into round balls and rolling them in a sugary spicy mixture before putting them on a greased baking sheet. These cookies turned out really nice, but Morgyn still preferred the pumpkin cookies with the chocolate chips in them..she doesn’t like sweets as much as me but is a big chocolate fan! Enjoy the photos and if you make this recipe I hope you enjoy it as much as we did! PS– if you don’t have Cardamom you can use ginger instead.
