We have been eating well this last week, meals are getting to be back to normal meaning our dinners induce food comas after eating like our first Pulled Pork that we had here! Yes Morgyn set up the big blue drum smoker on our deck and we smoked a pork shoulder all day. Our block must have been wondering what the new ladies were cooking! We shared a plate with our neighbor and she really enjoyed it! This time we made the sauce less sweet and more Italian style with Italian herbs and tomato sauce..it was delicious!
