Pulled Pork is a great meal. Who can’t appreciate a smoked pork shoulder in a savory brine smoked on a smoker for most of the day and then taken out for dinner the next day ..We recently made a new Big Blue Drum Smoker as we outgrew our old one. We needed something bigger, something that could if we wanted to fit 6 turkeys in there or 8 or so pork shoulders! We can probably feed 100 people at a catering event easily with the smoker that we have now. Who knows perhaps we will do that in the future. The most people we’ve catered was at a work event where there was a little over 50 people. Our latest Pulled Pork dinner we had with Morgyn’s daughter and sent her home with some smoked food to share with her family. It was the best so far we think, as we did the sandwiches a little differently..look at the photos, you will see what I mean! We grilled the pork after pulling it and left out the BBQ sauce! It was so good, really tasted like bacon! Our home made slaw was also really good, and a nice vibrant color contrast to the sour dough sandwiches we made!
